Jane Moore has been serving patients at Fair Oaks Village Dental Group for more than 40 years. Throughout her career, she has worked in both the front and back office, supporting patients and the dental team under two previous dentists and now Dr. Chaw. Her extensive experience and dedication have made her a familiar and trusted face for generations of patients.

As Hygiene Coordinator, Jane believes every patient deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and kindness. She strives to welcome everyone with a smile and works hard to ensure each visit is a positive experience from start to finish.

Jane enjoys learning about new developments in dentistry and is passionate about finding ways to improve the patient experience. Her commitment to creating a comfortable and supportive environment has helped build lasting relationships with patients throughout the years.

Outside of work, Jane loves spending time outdoors. Her favorite activities include hiking, bike riding, gardening, and paddle boarding, which help her stay active and connected to nature.

Kathryn Masuoka, RDH

Registered Dental Hygienist

Kathryn Masuoka is a Registered Dental Hygienist who is passionate about providing thorough, compassionate care to patients of all ages and abilities. She graduated from Carrington College in 2025 and is certified in laser therapy and local anesthesia, allowing her to provide advanced hygiene services while prioritizing patient comfort.

Kathryn believes dental visits should feel welcoming and stress-free. She strives to create an environment where patients feel like they are catching up with a familiar face while receiving personalized education and high-quality preventive care. Her goal is to help every patient leave with a healthier smile and a positive experience, especially those who may feel anxious about visiting the dentist.

As a recent graduate, Kathryn stays current with the latest standards of care and regularly attends dental seminars and continuing education courses. She is committed to lifelong learning and continuously seeks new ways to improve patient care and treatment outcomes.

Ashley A., RDH

Registered Dental Hygienist

Ashley is a California-licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) and Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with more than 20 years of experience in the dental field. She began her career as a dental assistant before becoming an RDA and later earning her dental hygiene license. Her diverse background gives her a well-rounded perspective on patient care.

Throughout her career, Ashley has been recognized for her commitment to clinical excellence, patient care, and professional growth. She has contributed to improving clinical outcomes, periodontal therapy protocols, preventive care programs, and patient retention. She has also participated in hygiene coaching, team training, clinical audits, and served as an RDH Council member, working alongside other dental professionals to promote best practices. Ashley regularly pursues continuing education to stay current with advancements in dental hygiene and periodontal care.

Ashley believes every patient deserves to feel comfortable, heard, and respected. She takes the time to listen, educate, and clearly explain treatment recommendations so patients can make informed decisions about their oral health. Understanding that many people experience dental anxiety, she creates a calm, welcoming environment focused on prevention, education, and personalized care.

Outside the office, Ashley enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends. She loves hiking, fishing, camping, bonfires, playing guitar, listening to country music, and attending local community events. She values faith, family, and building meaningful relationships both inside and outside the dental office.
